But what if there was a way to break this cycle and finally achieve the health and vitality you deserve, all while managing your busy life effectively? This is where this small group coaching program comes in,  a holistic approach to wellness that's designed specifically for busy women who are ready to make lasting changes and prioritize self-care like never before.

 

Within this program, discover a network of support and motivation from like-minded women who share your journey. Allow your peers to stand by your side, ensuring you remain steadfast on your path toward your goals. Each month, find inspiration through our succinct yet powerful 'mini' lectures, all thoughtfully designed to keep your health, vitality, and joy at the forefront of your mind.

 

In order to preserve the intimacy of the group and optimize your experience, our groups are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of six participants. Each member is carefully vetted, guaranteeing a cohesive and uplifting atmosphere where everyone is invested in their personal growth and that of others.

  • Intimate group atmosphere: The small group setup guarantees an intimate setting where you can truly connect with fellow participants. With a maximum of six members, you'll be able to express your authentic self in a harmonious environment.

  • Year-round empowerment: I offer two cycles annually, running from January through May and then again September through December.  Bi-monthly meetings maintain your momentum, and, depending on participants' locations, we come together at least once during the summer for a cherished face-to-face celebration of our journey.

  • Economical membership options: I believe in accessible wellness. Choose between a modest monthly fee of $30 or an even more affordable rate of $125 for the full 5-month winter/spring program, or  $100 for the 4-month fall program, if paid ahead. I accept Venmo, cash or check.

  • Exclusive benefits for coaching clients: As a current coaching client, you receive this group program as a complementary extension of your journey, 
    amplifying the value you receive.
